We bought an LG fridge 2 mos. Ago, it sucks, the ice maker makes a horrible noise and one of the handles is already broken!
We called our salesman (Keith) in appliances and he hung up on my husband. We are pretty laid back people and that is no way to treat someone.
After that we called LG and they sent 2 different techs out and said it cannot be fixed. So we read the guarantee that quotes after 2 times we will get a full refund or a new fridge. What a joke! Now we have to have another tech come and write a report which we already have 2, but here we go again, then LG decides what to do for us.
Please, please people make sure RCWilley will stand behind there products because they don't!
They have lost a very good customer, and I hope many more will read this and not go back.
I had to run out and pick my son up while the delivery men were removing my old refrigerator. When I returned, I discovered that they removed the bins and shelves from the doors were left on the floor in my house and on the front porch. One of the shelves was upside down, with bolts dumped out. This was a disappointment when things were going very well. Hence, only giving 2 stars.
JD was great - super attentive and found a way to have the fridge delivered earlier than estimated.

I purchased a dishwasher 11/21/2020 now its two months later still don't have the dishwasher. I call at least 3 times a month and ask what is the update on delivery but all customer service says it hasn't come in and let me connect to your sales person Gordon McGee when I call him he never answers I leave a detail message with my number he has never called me back. I'am very disappointed in the service from such a big company. Just be aware that this company does not communicate with there value customers.
Our fridge was delivered and installed including water hookup by RC Willey delivery crew, five days later, our basement had significant water damage due to the water hook up to the valve in the wall. We did not have leaking before installation. RC Willey refused to accept liability. The real dig is that we were desperate to replace our refrigerator that quit working during the holidays due to compressor failure. When the repairman came to look at that fridge he told us that the fridge we were told was new when we bought it at RC Willey was actually refurbished!
Purchasing a Sony 75 inch XBR950H online.
I have a hearing disability and so gave my wife the phone number, item, and questions about delivery, warranty and such.
Sales associate Mike Haas took the time to answer the half dozen or so questions and offered to move things along after the online order is made.
We live in Pahrump, NV and 50+ miles from the store in Vegas, with no way to transport such a large item.
Mike handled all questions well and left us feeling confident in the purchase. Online ordering was a breeze...

Like most companies that rely on a delivery service, RC Willey needs improvement. We recently purchased a washer and was told by sales that I needed to purchase new hoses even though I recently purchased new quality hoses from Lowes.
My warranty would be voided. So I purchased the new hoses from RC Willey. The delivery guys quickly removed my old washer along with my hoses. Our
laundry is on the second level and when they brought the new washer up they said they could't install the washer because we didn't have a floor drain and proceeded to set the washer in the middle of the room and they walked off.
Later I called customer service at the store and she couldn't answer any questions that I had. Assuming this is true about the drain, why can't RC Willey give each customer a discloser page signed by the customer listing what the delivery people can't do when delivering appliances, furniture, and electronics? This would eliminate any surprises and improve customer relations. In other words, be up front!!
Other than this mishap, we always been very pleased with RC Willey service and products
I experience a great quality of information of items that I inquired of.
Information and accounting was very inviting and willing to make sure all that my issues and or questions were answered.
I even received a great deal/ gift on a " Razor Scooter "???? .????
Thanks to Robert Battiste for his help and information on selecting me the right "Samsung" television for my household and .... saved me money !????????

BUYER BEWARE RC Willey buys seconds from Manufacturers or last year model and places stickers on them with new model numbers. Every appliance we have purchased from them has went bad within 2 years. This also includes beds and furniture. I always purchase the warranty program. I have been since August 28th with a two year old washer because the motor went bad. This washer was a replacement for the last one and the one before that. These were NOT cheap washer but top of the line. The warranty program does not follow thur and they say "this is the only repair company available and we cannot do anything else" BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
super fail on the install. Bought a washer and dryer. They promised on a date, then promised it again 10 days later, then delivered it. It needed an 8 foot cord, and the delivery dude didn't think there was a cord that long. I found one on Amazon in 20 seconds. He wanted me to instead do surgery behind my sheetrock. Yeah - I'll do that.
They left as fast as they could. Didn't matter that they hadn't done their job - they just wanted to leave.
So I got the cord and asked them to come back - only not those intallers. I also asked them to send someone with the hardware to actually do what they had been hired to do. They said no problem to both requests, and then the same bozos with the same lack of cords showed up and left. Nothing.
I did it myself - with the cord that doesn't exist. Good thing I hired these guys.
We walked into RC Willey after hearing neighbors describe their health precautions. Yes, they followed them. One way entry/exit, masks required for all and hand sanitation. The usual friendliness was definitely present. Our salesman was very helpful, low key and completed our purchase with efficiency. The pay station was equally pleasant, efficient and professional. Good job to the staff.
I think it’s unfair that I had to come in and check on the mirror to a bedroom set that I purchased 3 months ago that should’ve arrived 7/29/20. I should’ve received a call giving me a update. I was told that it wouldn’t be in until 12/25 and after my sale associate talked to the manager he said he could do me a favor and order it to be shipped to The Roseville warehouse and it would arrive in September some time... wow!!

Horrible!
Oh, they pick up pretty quickly, but they do not do anything for you.
